Q. What is Maspro Service?
A. A service and repair company that specializes in providing excellent customer service. I will respect your home and treat it as it were my own. Clean up after job completion is always part of our standard service. I believe in long term customer relationships, not just fix it and collect payment. If you have a need for a service that I cannot provide, I will be happy to help you find the correct contractor, or I can act as your general contractor and take care of the need for you.
Q. Why did my water bill jump so high?
A. Most likely there is a leak in your main water line coming in from the street. We can come and check your system, to isolate where the leak is coming from. There are also possibilities of inside plumbing problems, such as a leak under your home, or a toilet fill valve or leaking faucet.
Q. Why would I choose you over the others?
A. I use a methodical procedure to test and verify, to get to the root cause of the problem. I do not throw parts at the problem, and hope it fixes the issue. There are times when, at the end of the diagnostic session, there will be a possible dual cause. I will confer with you the customer, and we will together come up with the most logical solution. Customer satisfaction is my priority. If you are not comfortable with the solution, then I am not either.
Q. Why is my Electric Bill so high, when I have a heat pump system?
A. Many people do not realize that if the heat pump is not operating efficiently, the auxiliary heat strips in the furnace will turn on to “make up” the difference. When these heat strips turn on, your system turns into a high operating cost system.
