Up to $1,250 for a variable-speed ducted heat pump replacing an electric forced-air furnace ($1,000 standard speed). Ductless mini-split replacing electric zonal heat: $900. HSPF2 of 7.5+ required. Must use a CPU Contractor Network member.
Ducted heat pump conversion: $2,000 (from electric or gas) or $2,250 (from wood, oil, or propane). Ductless mini-split: $1,600 (electric/gas) or $1,800 (wood/oil/propane). Must be installed by a Wattsmart Trade Ally. Pre-approval required before removing existing equipment.
$1,500 rebate on a NEEA Tier 3 or 4 heat pump water heater replacing an electric resistance storage water heater. Split-system HPWH also qualifies. Homeowners must live in Clark County. Unit must be on the BPA qualified products list.
